Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Communication:

All communication regarding the design project will be conducted through your preferred method of communication, either via text or email. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communications from me via the chosen method.

2. Watermarks:

Until the final payment has been received, all work will be watermarked to protect against unauthorized use or reproduction. You agree not to remove or alter any watermarks on the designs provided.

3. Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any design project. This deposit is charged to ensure that my time and resources are not wasted. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the deposit requirement.

4. Privacy Policy:

Designs and other project-related communications will be sent to the email or phone number provided by you during the booking process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. By providing your information, you consent to receive communications related to the design project.

5. Final Payment:

Final payment for the design project is due upon completion and delivery of the final product. Until the final payment has been received, ownership and rights to the designs remain with me.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

Upon receipt of the final payment, you will be granted full ownership and rights to use the designs for the intended purposes outlined in the project agreement. However, I reserve the right to use the designs for promotional or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Modification and Revision:

You are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions to ensure that the final design meets your satisfaction. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

8. Prices Subject to Change:

Prices for design services are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect projects that have already been initiated and for which deposits have been received.

9. Termination of Agreement:

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract or if the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payments made up to the termination date will be non-refundable.

10. Changes to Services:

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Riverside County/CA.

By proceeding with the design project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
