However, your satisfaction is my top priority, and I am committed to ensuring that you are delighted with the final product. Therefore, I offer revisions to make any necessary adjustments and modifications to the design until it meets your expectations.

Please note that since my time and effort are invested in creating each design, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.

Refund Policy-Deposit

To initiate a design project, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is refundable only if requested before work on the project has commenced.

After receiving the deposit and your design request, I will reach out to you to discuss the details and gather additional information to ensure that the design aligns perfectly with your vision and expectations.

Once this consultation has taken place and work on the project has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place to account for the time and effort invested in the design process.
